Please note that as from 01/03/2016 we will no longer accept payments in USD (US dollar).

What will change for you as a client; 

You will no longer receive an invoice in US Dollars (USD, $) but in EUROs (EUR, €)
You will get a new account in our portal and products will be moved to this new account.

Old invoices will therefore remain in the old account, new invoices will be generated on the new account (in EUR €).

What will happen with my services?

Nothing changes with your services. They will remain the same and online, only your payment currency will change. 

What will happen with my old Tickets ?

They will remain in our system under the old name; therefore we can always look back into these tickets if and when needed.

Do I still have access to the old Invoices and Tickets  ?

Initially no, but you are free to request any information from us, if needed we can arrange access to the account. We need to avoid that any payments are made through the old account.

But I can't pay in Euros;

Then you can still pay in USD through 2Checkout or Paypal; we will however let them exchange the payment to Euros; that way our payment still gets in to our account as Euros.
You will receive an invoice in Euros though.

What happens with recurring Payments ?

We will stop recurring Payments once we move your account over. We will make sure that any already generated invoice(s) will be paid by you before we close the account. 

Why a new account ?

Unfortunately our billing system does not allow for currency changes, we have to keep the old invoices with the account on USD. This is also one of the reasons we have to move away from dual currencies.
