Support will be available for emergency support as normal. We ask clients to wait with non-urgent tickets or expect delays in answering these.
During this timeframe our employees are attending a large online event (due to covid-19 restrictions) and we like to provide them the opportunity to grow their knowledge during this timeframe. We will do our best to answer sales/non urgent tickets as soon as possible but we do not guarantee we can answer them in the times you are used from us.
