Due to covid infections within the HQ we are unfortunately not able to provide the service as you may expect.
Currently we are only handling emergency tickets ( servers down / unreachable ) but no sales tickets/orders and other non emergency tickets may take longer to answer. (please make sure you use the english support as the dutch support will be not or limited available). As always the english support is available 24x7
Our main goal is to keep our servers running / updated and stable during this week we expect to have limited capacity.
