- As always note that we do not guarantee backups larger as 5GB, these may not be backed up. (as was already the case as per our terms of service)
- Snapshots are allowed to be made, up to 2 per accoun. They stay available for a maximum of 7 days. Maximum size of 5GB per snapshot.
- Backups are made Daily (14 days incremental); and Monthly (3 Months minimum, 12 Months maximum)
- You can directly restore files and databases to your account.
- You can not restore a full account (unless specified differently in your support contract). Need to restore a full account you can contact our support team to assist.
