phpMyAdmin asks for username and password in cPanel

When logging into cPanel and going to PhpMyAdmin it will show a login screen instead of phpmyadmin.

This is usually caused by either:
- password sync issue
- account suspension issue

When passwords are out of sync:
Simply change your cpanel password in cPanel; and if you want to keep the old password change it back again to the old password after the change.

When the above does not work you likely have an account which is in a half-suspension state.

If you are a reseller or server owner:
login to WHM and suspend the account again, and then unsuspend the account again

If you have only cPanel access and not WHM (i.e. a normal shared-hosting user)
contact our support and explain your issue and we will solve the issue for you.
